Nutric Food Return Policy?

We at Nutric Food trust in fulfilling and pleasing our customers. The products that we sell is undoubtedly the most excellent that customers can obtain at the cost. Food items are non-returnable if in a case We offer you with a choice to return the purchased items within 5 days of receiving the product. In case of return, we will credit your paid amount as cash back either by deduct the courier’s charges into your Nutric Food account or in your chosen choice. You will be requesting to not use the product and keep it in original condition along with its packing and tags. Once we pick up or get your returned item, we will do a complete quality check at our end. If the returned product passes our quality check, then we will credit the paid amount into your nutricfood.com account as cash back. If you want to get a refund, then you will be requesting to send us the required and requested details to us from your registered email id.

How long will it take for me to get refund for my returns?

It will take up to 15 days to get your refund. In fact, the refund time depends on time taken by the courier company to finally deliver the packet of your returned item to our returns processing facility.

Does Dry Nutric Food pick up the product(s), I wish to return from my location?

At present, we pick returns from selected PIN codes only. If your location is serviceable, then you can see and choose pickup choice whenever you queue the return online. We will pick the refund in 72 hours of placing your request. So, kindly keep the shipment ready for return. What if my location is not covered for return pickups? In case your pin code is not covered by Urban Platter pickup service, then you will have to self-ship your product by courier. If Nutric Food does not offer pickup service for return for your pin code or you select to ship us the return, kindly send the package along with return forms inside.
